120W AC/DC Ultra Slim Industrial DIN Rail Power

The MEAN WELL XDR-120 Series is a 120W ultra-slim DIN rail AC/DC power supply designed for industrial automation, control systems, semiconductor equipment and electromechanical applications. Featuring a 30mm-wide housing, universal 85–305VAC (80–431VDC) input range, and efficiencies up to 94%, the series delivers a compact, space-saving power solution for modern control cabinets. Available with screw terminal, push-in, or lever-actuated tool-free terminal block options, the XDR-120 simplifies installation and maintenance while accommodating a range of wiring preferences and application requirements.

Engineered for demanding industrial environments, the XDR-120 operates from-40°C to +85°C (refer to derating curve in datasheet), provides 200% peak power capability and up to 600% transient peak current for high-inrush loads. The series incorporates DC OK relay contacts, remote ON/OFF control, and a built-in ORing FET for enhanced system integration and protection. A fanless design, conformal-coated PCB, and comprehensive approvals support reliable operation across a wide range of industrial applications.
