240W AC/DC Ultra Slim Industrial DIN Rail Power

The MEAN WELL XDR-240 Series is a 240W ultra-slim DIN rail AC/DC power supply designed for industrial automation, control systems, semiconductor equipment and electromechanical applications. Featuring a 40mm-wide housing, universal 85–305VAC (80–431VDC) input range, and efficiencies up to 95.5%, the series delivers a compact, high-performance power solution for space-constrained control cabinets.

Engineered for demanding industrial environments, the XDR-240 operates from-40°C to +85°C (refer to derating curve in datasheet), provides 200% peak power capability and up to 600% transient peak current for high-inrush loads. The series incorporates built-in MODBus communication, DC OK relay contacts, remote ON/OFF control, active current sharing for parallel operation up to 960W (3+1), and an integrated ORing FET for enhanced system reliability.

To simplify installation and maintenance, the XDR-240 is available with screw terminal, push-in, or lever-actuated tool-free terminal block options, allowing users to select the most suitable wiring method for their application. The fanless design, conformal-coated PCB, and comprehensive safety approvals support reliable operation across a wide range of industrial installations.
