MEAN WELL NSP-2400 Series - High-Powered Enclosed Power Supply
The NSP-2400 series is the latest addition to the NSP family of new-generation enclosed power supplies. The NSP-2400 is the highest-powered model in the NSP range, exceeding the range's previous highest-powered model, the NSP-1000. The new NSP-2400 series builds on the NSP’s outstanding reliability and high-power density for a compact form factor, 55% smaller than the predecessor, MEAN WELL RSP-2400.

This range of enclosed power supplies offers a wider AC input range (85~305VAC) and a 200% peak power output rating, ideal for handling high transient and power requirements for motors, pumps, capacitive loads, and other equipment. The 2400 series offers a wider range of output options, from 12VDC to 60VDC.
The NSP-2400 series features extremely low leakage current (<500uA), 2 x MOPP, and is suitable for medical applications, similar to the MSP series.
NSP-2400 Programmability and Communications
The NSP-2400 features programmable voltage (PV) and current (PC)) via the standard CAN bus channel; however, MODBUS RTU options are available by request. PV can be adjusted from 0–120% and PC from 0–100%, depending on the intended application's requirements. The NSP-2400 series also features 5V and 12V auxiliary outputs to support system monitoring devices, reducing the need to integrate an additional buck DC-to-DC converter.
Safety & Industry Suitability
Like the rest of the NSP-family range, the NSP-2400 features PCB conformal coating to prevent moisture, condensation, and fungal growth. The NSP-2400 includes standard protections: short circuit, overload, overvoltage, and overtemperature.
