MEAN WELL PV-SMI Solar Micro Inverters
The latest from MEAN WELL is the PV-SMI micro-inverters designed to optimise each solar panel's output.
The PV-SMI micro-inverters support two to four photovoltaic input channels with a maximum input power of up to 750W per channel. Each PV-SMI features Maximum Power Point Tracking, MPPT technology and can achieve up to 99.5% efficiency, ensuring each panel can achieve its individual maximum energy yield, even when complex lighting conditions across the array.
The PV-SMI systems feature PLC/wifi (2.4 GHz wifi) communications, enabling real-time performance monitoring. These systems also feature automatic fault detection and localisation to enhance operation and maintenance efficiency. These micro-inverters also feature standard QC4 connectors for plug-and-play installation.
These micro-inverters are designed for conventional outdoor installations, with an operating temperature range from –40°C up to +65°C and IP67 ingress protection. The PV-SMI micro-inverters remain resistant to dust, moisture and humidity.
