960W AC/DC Ultra Slim Industrial DIN Rail Power

The MEAN WELL XDR-960 Series is a 960W ultra-slim DIN rail AC/DC power supply designed for industrial automation, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, process control and electromechanical systems. Featuring a compact 96mm-wide housing, universal 85–305VAC (80–431VDC) input range, and efficiencies up to 96%, the series delivers high power density while minimising valuable control cabinet space. 

Engineered for demanding industrial environments, the XDR-960 operates from-40°C to +85°C (refer to derating curve in datasheet) and provides 200% peak power capability with up to 600% transient peak current support for high-inrush and inductive loads. The series incorporates built-in MODBus RTU communication, DC OK relay contacts, remote ON/OFF control, active current sharing for parallel operation up to 3840W (3+1), and an integrated ORing FET for enhanced system reliability and redundancy. 

To simplify installation and maintenance, the XDR-960 is available with screw terminal, push-in, or lever-actuated tool-free terminal block options, allowing users to select the most suitable wiring method for their application. The fanless design, conformal-coated PCB, and comprehensive approvals support reliable operation in harsh industrial environments.
